Adv. Ms. Teja Katdare alongwith one Nitin K. Koppikar, present before the Court, submitted that the appellant Dr. Krishnamohan A. Koppikar, has expired on 14.01.2015. His son Nitin Koppikar is present before the Court and he stated that he does not wish to continue this appeal. The death certificate of his deceased father and his own driving license as his identity, are produced on record which are taken on record and marked "X" colly for identification. 2.

In view thereof, the appeal stands abated.
