Heard Mr.Thattil, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs Kejriwal, learned A.P.P for the respondent-State. 2.

This Petition is filed seeking direction to transfer investigation into the F.I.R. in question. Learned A.P.P, Mrs.Kejriwal, after having taken instructions from the concerned officer who is present in the court, makes a statement that after the investigation into the said F.I.R., chargesheet is filed. This statement is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In the above circumstances, there is nothing to transfer. No reliefs can be granted in the petition. The petitioner is, however, at liberty to apply to the concerned Magistrate under section 173(8) Cr.P.C for appropriate reliefs.

Subject to above, Petition is dismissed.
