The Application is filed to condone the delay of 12 years and 16 days for filing a review of the order dated 21 November 2009 dismissing the Review Petitioner's Writ Petition No.2477 of 2009 whereby the challenge of the Petitioner to the order of the Caste Verification Scrutiny Committee was rejected. The arguments advanced and the grounds for review show that the Review Petitioner is seeking rehearing, that too after twelve years. Therefore, assuming the delay is to be condoned and the Review Petition to be considered, there is no merit in the Review Petition. Therefore, it would academic to condone the delay.
