The petitioner is challenging order dated 26th December 2022 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court No.4, Pune. The application was filed for visiting access and overnight custody of son for period from 22nd December 2022 to 1st January 2023. 2.

Due to passage of time, the relief as prayed before the Family Court cannot be considered; however, the petitioner will be at liberty to file similar applications well in advance before the next occasion seeking visiting rights of his son. If such an application is filed, the Family Court shall endeavor to decide such application as expeditiously as possible.

The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
