The learned counsel for the Appellants submit that the sole Appellant Chandrakant Bhai Dhuru has expired on 20th December, 2015. He submits that he has taken out the Civil Application (St.) No. 443 of 2016 for bringing the legal heirs of the Appellant on record.

The Civil Application(St.) No. 443 of 2016 is allowed. The legal heirs are to be brought on record and the amended copy of the same is to be supplied to the other side within a week.
