I had heard learned Advocate for the Petitioner Mr. Patil on 15.01.2024 and also recorded the facts in the present case and expressed my mind to Mr. Patil that this Court was not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.

Considering the facts in the present case, on that date the Mr. Patil, persuaded me to keep the matter after one week so as enable him to obtain appropriate instructions from the Petitioner. The matter was stood over to 22.01.2024 at his request. On 22.01.2024, Petitioner nor his Advocate remained present despite the matter been called out.

In that view of the matter, Writ Petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution and default.
