On 28th September, 2019, applicant came to be apprehended in Crime No.I-465 of 2019 registered with Kalyan Taluka Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 323, 504, 506 of IPC and was charge-sheeted.

The prosecution case is, the applicant after having noticed presence of victim at the secluded place cornered her and committed sexual offence.

I am informed that during investigation, in identification parade victim has not identified the applicant. 4.

In the aforesaid background, applicant having suffered BGP.

incarceration for last more than two years and complainant having not identified the applicant, case for bail is made out. 5.

Applicant is directed to be released on bail in Crime No.I-465 of 2019 registered with Kalyan Taluka Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 323, 504, 506 of IPC on executing P. R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

7.

Applicant shall not leave the local jurisdiction without prior permission of the Court.

As such, application stands disposed of.
