The learned A.G.P. has pointed out that the Writ Petition is not maintainable and the Petitioner would have to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. He states that even otherwise the Petitioner's grievance has been redressed since she has already been appointed as Nayab Tahsildar. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that he has no instructions in the matter.

In the circumstances, Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
