This is an application seeking restoration of the Writ Petition which was dismissed for want of prosecution by an order dated 30th April, 2015 for non-compliance of the order and for non-removal of office objections.

For the reasons assigned in paras 6 and 7 of the application, the said prayer deserves to be granted. The application deserves to be allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) on condition that the application shall furnish spare copies within one week from today and also pay fine of Rs.200/- within one week from today.
