Accordingly, with an advance intimation and information to the Bar Association and to the litigants, the final hearing board has been prepared and drawn up. Such board is
skn 2/2 189.06-wp.sxw ready and the Bar as also the litigants can access it nearly a week in advance. Today's final hearing board has been notified on 4th August 2017. It was clearly stated that this Board would be taken up on Thursday, namely, today, on 10th August 2017. Yet, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in the writ petition which is at serial No.201. Since the petition is pending from year 2006, we dismiss it for want of prosecution.
