This is an application received through Jail. By this application the applicant has prayed that either he may be released on bail on furnishing PR bond or his trial arising out of CR No.13/2012 culminated into Sessions Case No.169/2013 registered with Kurar Police Station Malad (E), District Mumbai be concluded expeditiously. The applicant submitted that he is in Jail since 8.7.2013. 2) The learned APP submitted that the earlier application preferred by the applicant for bail has been dismissed by this Court by its order dated 5.5.2014 and there is no change in the circumstances till then. She further submitted that as far as trial pertaining to Sessions Case No.169/2013 is concerned, charge has been framed on 30.9.2015 and witness summons's have been issued to the witnesses. She further submitted that next date of hearing before the trial court is

2 /2 27.1.2016. In view of the aforesaid facts, as the trial has already commenced, nothing survives in the present application. However, the trial Court seized of Sessions Case No.169/2013 is requested to make an endeavor to conclude the trial as far as possible on or before 31.12.2016 as the applicant is in Jail since 8.7.2013. Application is disposed off with the aforesaid terms.
