The learned APP points out the report of Bazarpeth Police Station, Kalyan to which death certificate of Respondent­Abdul Rashid Abdul Shakur Shaikh is annexed stating therein that said Abdul died on 15th March, 2014. For the purpose of identification police report is marked as Ex.A and copy of death certificate is marked as Ex.B. Thus, the sole Respondent died on 15th March, 2014.
