Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing Respondent No.2 to decide the Petitioner's representation dated 6th December 2017, [copy of which is annexed to the petition at Exhibit-L page-94] , as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into merits of the the Petitioner's claim and Respondent No. 2 shall decide the Petitioner's representation independently, on its own merit and in accordance with law.

The Petitioner shall approach Respondent No.2 with a copy of this order on 29th January 2018.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
