1) The learned counsel for the applicant, after arguing at length, upon instructions seeks liberty to withdraw the application. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice.

2) Application stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the learned Sessions Judge seized with F.I.R. No. 158 of 2014 registered at Casa Police Station is requested to make an endeavour to expedite the trial as far as possible and ensure that accused is produced on each and every stipulated date before the Court. The learned Sessions Judge shall not grant any unwarranted adjournments to prosecution.
