Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

This petition is filed for transfer of the investigation of C.R. No.180 of 2014 registered with Tilaknagar Police Station, Mumbai to CBI or any other agency.

We have perused the record produced by the learned APP. The record disclose that offence under Section 304(A), 279 and Uday S. Jagtap

82-15-wp=.doc 338 of the IPC is registered against Abdul Mujib Khan. The accused was arrested and subsequently released on bail. The record further prima-faice reveals that it is the case of the accident and the investigation is at proper direction. Learned APP has also made a statement that the investigation is completed and the charge-sheet would be filed.
