The applicant was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 2nd July, 2018. The applicant had undertaken that before his release he would deposit Rs.6,00,000/- in the Registry of this Court and would deposit balance amount of Rs.12,00,000/- in four equal installments and not later than and within a period of six months from the date of actual release. Time to deposit the said amount has to come to an end on 2nd January, 2019. Learned advocate for the applicant submit that so far applicant has

Sknair 502-appp-22-19.odt deposited an amount of Rs.12,00,000/- and balance amount of Rs.6,00,000/- is require to be deposited, for which he would require sufficient time. It is submitted that applicant is in financial constrain and is not in a position to deposit the said amount. The applicant had preferred an application before this Court seeking permission to deposit the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- within short period and balance amount thereafter. Considering the prayers in the said application, the same was rejected. Apparently, as stated by the applicant, he had deposited an amount of Rs.12,00,000/- so far.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to deposit the balance amount of Rs.6,00,000/- within a period of six months. It is noted that sufficient time was granted to the applicant to deposit the said amount.

Considering the fact that applicant has so far deposited an amount of Rs.12,00,000/- out of Rs.18,00,000/-. Applicant is granted four months time to deposit the balance amount of Rs.6,00,000/-. No further extension will be granted. 5.

Application stands disposed off.
