Perused letter sent by Prisoner through jail dated 22nd October, 2019, order rejecting his prayer for parole leave passed on 31st May, 2019 and Appellate order dated 18th September, 2019. 2.

The prisoner was seeking parole to treat his old mother. Medical certificate produced by prisoner is dated 21st February, 2019. It shows age of mother to be 70 years and ailment of Chronic Arthritis, she was adviced bed rest and treatment for 20 days.

The certificate, therefore, does not make out any case of medical emergency and the petitioner has not alongwith his letter mentioned supra, sent any other certificate.

The certificate is now more than 10 months old. In this situation, if the contingency still subsists, liberty to petitioner to apply afresh with proper medical certificate. We dispose of present petition. 5.

Order be communicated to prisoner in jail.
