Heard Ms. Gowalani, learned Advocate appointed to represent Petitioners and learned APP for Respondent-State. 2.

Perused Affidavit dated 3rd December, 2022 filed by Additional Superintendent Taloja Central Prison, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. 3.

It is stated in the Affidavit that, Petitioner No.1 Kailash B. Gumhane has been released on bail by this Court and he has been released from prison on 23rd August, 2022.

As far as Petitioners No.2 Vinod K. Vaishnav and No.3 Sadik Ali Yusuf Sayyed are concerned, they have been produced before Trial Court for hearing on 36 and 63 occasions respectively. It is further stated that, due to dearth of police escort, the said two Petitioners could not be produced on each and every date before the Trial Court. 1/2

As Petitioner Nos.2 and 3 are now being produced before Trial Court on scheduled dates, we do not find any reason to further entertain present Petition.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
