After hearing the Advocates for the parties and by consent of the parties following order can be passed to meet the ends of justice.

(i) The learned Civil Judge (S.D.) Thane is directed to finally dispose of the Special Civil Suit No.08l of 208820 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of l months from the date of communication of this order. (ii) All the parties will co-operate for the expeditious hearing of the aforesaid suit and undertake not to make unnecessary application for adjournments.

(iii) Both the parties shall maintain status quo in respect of the suit property bearing Gu No.134, 130 and137 admeasuring about 204,20l1 sq. mtrs. situated at Parsik (Kalva), Taluka and District Thane till the suit is disposed of or for a period of eight (l) months from the date of communication of this Order to the Civil Judge (S.D.) Thane, whichever is earlier.

This order is corrected pursuant to the order dated 26.08.2021.

wp.525-15.doc (iv) Both the parties agree that there has been no development or construction on the suit land. (v) Both the parties are at liberty to apply to the Court for modification of clause (iii) in the event subsequent developments necessitate such modification.
