Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

This application is for restoration of Second Appeal (ST) no. 15587 of 2014, which was stands dismissed for non removal of office objections as per order dated 18.11.2014 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II).

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently, it remains to remove office objections. She submits that applicant undertakes to remove all office objections within two weeks from today. Statement is accepted.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out case for allowing this Civil Sneha Chavan 1/2

Hence, following order.

a) Order dated 18.11.2014 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is set aside. b) Second Appeal (ST) no. 15587 of 2014 is restored on file.

c) Applicant to remove all office objections within two weeks from today, failing which Second Appeal (ST) no. 15587 of 2014 shall stand rejected without referring back to the court.

d) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
