NOVEMBER 11, 2022 P.C.:
1.
None present for the Petitioner. On 9th November 2022 also none appeared for the Petitioner. To give one more opportunity to the Petitioner in the interest of justice, the matter was adjourned to today.
2.
The Petitioner has, inter-alia, sought the following relief in the petition:
"A. This Hon'
ble Court may kindly quash and set aside impugned notice dated 06.10.2015, Order dated 06.11.2015 issued/passed by the Respondent No.2 i.e.
16-wp-326-2016, wp-318.16.doc the Dy. District Collector (E/R), Malad, Mumbai AND Order dated 30.12.2015 passed by the Respondent No.3 i.e. Addl. Collector (E/R), Bandra, Mumbai in Appeal No.443/2015."
3.
This Petition was moved for urgent reliefs on 11th January 2016 and this Court has observed that no case was made out for grant of ex-parte ad-interim relief and therefore, no relief was granted. It has been stated that at least prima facie, the Petitioners have suppressed reference to certain orders which are relevant. 4.
By the impugned order dated 30th December 2015, appeal filed by the Petitioner has been dismissed and the impugned order dated 6th November 2015 has been confirmed. By the said order, eviction of the Petitioner from the hut has been directed. 5.
Today, Ms. Nimbalkar, the learned AGP appearing for the State submitted letters dated 10th November 2022 stating that on the said plot huts are not to be found and new building has been constructed. The said letters dated 10th November 2022 are taken on record and marked 'X'
for identification.
6.
Thus, it appears that the Petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. Writ petition are disposed of with no order as to costs.
