We have perused the communication issued from the ofÏce of Senior P.I., Kondhwa Police Station stating that the Petitioner has not co-operated with the Investigating OfÏcer. 2.

Apart from above, since this Court is not inclined to grant any relief having regard to the circumstances narrated in the complaint, a prayer is made by learned Counsel for the Petitioner for withdrawal of the Petition.

The Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to take recourse of alternate remedy.
