The above appeals at Serial Nos. 208, 209, 211, 214, 215, 216, 217, 218, 219 and 220 are preferred by the State against the order of acquittal. When these appeals were called out, nobody represented the State. Even nobody was present from the office of Public Prosecutor.

In view of this, Court is of the opinion that the State is not interested to prosecute these appeals. Appeals are therefore dismissed.

As a consequence, bail bond if any executed by the respondent/accused is hereby cancelled and the respondent/accused is discharged.

Office is directed to forward a copy of this order to the Principal Secretary, Law and Judiciary Department. 5.
