This revision is preferred against concurrent finding of the trial Court and the appellate court, holding applicant guilty, for offence punishable under Section 304(A) of the Indian Penal Code and sentencing him to suffer SI for 15 days and to pay fine of Rs.5,000/- in default to suffer SI for 3 days.

By this application, the applicant seeks suspension of sentence pending hearing and final disposal of revision. It is submitted that the fine amount is deposited before the trial Court. In view thereof, the substantive sentence of imprisonment is suspended and the applicant

be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. 3.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
