After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court expressed its disinclination to grant relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to raise all his contentions before the Trial Court in Spl. Sessions Case No. 41 of 2015 at the time of trial.

Leave and liberty granted.

Application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 3.

The record indicates that, the offence was registered on 16th April 2013 and the Sessions Case is of the year 2015. 4.

In view thereof, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, KhedRajgurunagar, District Pune, seized of Spl. Sessions Case No. 41 of 2015 is requested to expedite the trial of the said case and to make an endeavour to conclude the same on or before 31st December 2021. by Omkar S.
