The affidavit of service is taken on record. I have gone through the same.
Respondent no.1 is duly served. None appears for the respondent no.1 in spite of service.
Considering the averments made in paragraph nos.3,4, and 5 of the application, and keeping in mind that the respondent no.1 has not chosen to remain present and oppose the application, I am inclined to condone the delay. Delay condoned.
