This Application is filed seeking restoration of the First Appeal Stamp No.1946 of 2020. The registration of the Appeal was refused for non-removal of office objections, in view of conditional order dated 20th September, 2022 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II) of this Court. Learned advocate submits that if the Appeal is restored, he would remove office objections within two weeks. While filing this Application, there is delay of 1 year and 85 days. It is stated that because of bonafide mistake, advocate could BGP.

not remove office objections. Applicant had no knowledge of the order and therefore some delay is caused.

For the reasons recorded, delay needs to be condoned. Hence, the following order :- i) The Application stands allowed.

ii) Delay of 1 year and 85 days is condoned.

Office to allow the Applicant to remove office objections within two weeks. If the objections are removed within two weeks, the First Appeal Stamp No.1946 of 2020 stands restored to its original status.
