During the pendency of the appeal, the respondent was restrained by an Order dated 14.11.2016 from creating third party interest and alienating the property.

Today we have admitted the Family Court Appeal. Since the appeal is admitted, the interim arrangement that was made during the pendency of the appeal can be continued. The Civil Application is therefore

CAM-15-2017 allowed and respondent is restrained from alienating the suit property and creating any third party interest in respect of the said property until final disposal of the Family Court Appeal.
