Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners. He submits that the Petitioners will approach the revisional authority within three weeks from today. The statement is accepted. If such a revision application is filed, after complying with the provisions of the predeposit, as required under S. 154 (2A) of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, the revisional authority shall decide the said revision, on its own merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing.
