In the praecipe moved today, it is mentioned that the Court at Roorkee has passed an order on 1st December, 2020 granting attachment of the property of the appellant situate at Roorkee Shailaja S.

Learned Counsel for the appellant, on instructions, undertakes to withdraw the proceedings filed before the Unttarakhand High Court at Nainital. Statement is accepted. 5.

Since the decretal amount has been deposited before the Executing Court, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b).
