DATED : 10th SEPTEMBER, 2018 P.C:- Pursuant to the order passed by this Court referring the parties for mediation to the Senior Advocate Shri Rajiv Patil, a mediation report is received and the same is dated 12th September 2012. As per the said report, the mediation has failed. The said report is taken on record.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner would invite attention of this Court to the consent terms which were placed before the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, Mazgaon in C.C.No.4600009/DV/14. The Metropolitan Magistrate has Tilak

Yadav, Metropolitan Magistrate, 20th Court, Mazgaon who is a Judge Mediator and the parties have agreed and has drawn consent terms on 15th February 2018. In light of the terms of settlement drawn by consent on 15th February 2018, the Metropolitan Magistrate has allowed the application and disposed of the proceedings pending before him in the form of an application under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005. He has also made it clear that all the earlier orders have been merged into the consent terms drawn on 15th February 2018. The order passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
