By an order dated 4 August 2017 passed on this petition under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996 (for short 'the Act'), this Court had proposed to appoint Hon'ble Mr.Justice A.R.Joshi (Retired), former Judge of this Court, as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. 2.

Awaiting a disclosure as per the requirement under Section 11(8) and 12(1)(b) of the Act, this petition was adjourned. The learned proposed Arbitrator has placed on record the necessary disclosure.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of by appointing Hon'ble Mr.Justice A.R.Joshi (Retired), a former Judge of this Court, to arbitrate the disputes between the parties. No costs. 4.
