Respondent no. 2/complainant has given no objection. He is a student who has secured about 72% marks and orally informs the court that in the last year, he will secure about 80% marks. Petitioners are present with their advocate and they have tendered apology. Respondent no.2 has also filed separate affidavit giving no objection.

It appears that the parties reside in the neighbourhood and due to some misunderstanding, the dispute arose. 3.

In this situation, subject to both petitioners jointly paying an amount of Rs.10,000/- to the Police Welfare Fund of the State of nilegaonkar 1/2
