The applicants in these anticipatory bail applications are apprehending arrest in connection with CR No.376 of 2018 registered with Ashok Nagar Police Station, Jaipur City, CR Nos.912 and 914 of 2018 registered with Vaishali Nagar Police Station, Jaipur City and CR No.435 of 2018 registered with Vaishali Nagar Police Station, Jaipur City respectively, for offences under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 473, 474 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code. 2.

The applicants are residents of Mumbai. It is submitted that the applicant no.1 in ABA Nos.26 of 2019 and 31 of 2019 is a lady suffering from cancer and she has been presently hospitalized and taking treatment at Nanavati Hospital. It is submitted that the dispute relates to property. The applicant no.2 has filed complaints against opponents who had lodged present complaints against applicants. The investigation in respect to the present complaints is going on since 2017. It is submitted that the applicants may be

3 of 3 904, 905, 907.ABA.26.2019.doc granted protection for a temporary period of six weeks to enable them to approach appropriate Court. Hence, I pass following order :

ORDER

(i) In the event of arrest of applicants in ABA No.26 of 2019 in connection with CR No.376 of 2018 registered with Ashok Nagar Police Station, Jaipur City, the applicants be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(ii) In the event of arrest of applicants in ABA No.27 of 2019 in connection with CR Nos.912 of 2018 and 914 of 2018 registered with Vaishali Nagar Police Station, Jaipur City, the applicants be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount; (iii) In the event of arrest of applicants in ABA No.31 of 2019 in connection with CR No.435 of 2018 registered with Ashok Nagar Police Station, Jaipur City, the applicants be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(iv) This protection is granted for a period of six weeks to enable the applicants to approach appropriate Court for appropriate reliefs; (v) Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application Nos.26 of 2019, 27 of 2019 and 31 of 2019 stand disposed off.
