By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner interalia seeks the following relief : "(a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus and be further pleased to direct Respondent No.1 viz Collector Pune to hear and decide Grampanchayat Dispute Application No.136 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a time bound period;" 2.

The Respondent No.1 shall therefore, hear and decide Grampanchayat Dispute Application No.136 of 2021 and after hearing the concerned parties and considering their oral as well as written submissions, if any, pass a speaking Order within a period of 8 weeks from today. All contentions of the parties are kept open. 3.
