At the request of the learned counsel for the applicant, the matter is taken up out of turn. He submits that by mistake, they made the present application for early date of hearing of the Marriage Petition No.537/2015 pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan. He submits that instead of filing the Writ Petition, they filed the present application.

Considering these facts, the Misc. Civil Application stands disposed of as not maintainable. No order as to costs.
