Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in paragraph 2 of the order dated 12/12/2022, the section has been wrongly mentioned as section 402 instead of 420. 4.

Where-ever in the order dated 12/12/2022 there is reference of section 402, the same be read as section 420. The order dated 12/12/2022 stands corrected accordingly. 5.

This order be treated as part of the order dated 12/12/2022.
