Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instruction from the petitioner who is present in court submits that appropriate application is filed before the competent authority for redressal of the grievance and therefore seeks liberty to withdraw this writ petition. Leave granted. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However it is made clear that this court has not entered upon the contentions raised on merits in the petition and in case such application is filed by the petitioner, it is for the concerned authority to take appropriate decision keeping in view the record in relation to subject matter and in accordance with law.
