1. The learned counsel for the applicant states that both the applicants have been acquitted and hence this application will not survive. He states, on instructions of the applicants that the application will be allowed to be withdrawn. Accordingly I pass the following order:- (i) Criminal Revision Application is allowed to be withdrawn. (ii) No order as to costs.
