At the outset it is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant was granted temporary bail by the Sessions Court on account of High Power Committee Guidelines. The said interim bail is in operation. In these circumstances, this application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to prefer application for bail before the appropriate Court, as soon as the interim bail granted to the applicant comes to an end and applicant surrenders.
