I have to note that appellant has not been appearing. From the order sheets available in the record & proceeding, it appears that nobody had appeared for appellant on 14.7.2017, 21.7.2017, 17.1.2018 and on 26.11.2019. Even today nobody is present. The order of acquittal is also dated 3.12.2002. In another 3 months, 18 years would have passed after the order of acquittal. Therefore, there is no point in keeping the matter pending in Court particularly in view of the fact that appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. 2.

Appeal dismissed for want of prosecution.
