RVC 1. IA 603-24 and IA 604-24.doc and 604 of 2024 are filed by the Applicant for condonation of delay of 147 days in filing the aforesaid two Review Petitions, i.e. Review Petition Nos.06 of 2024 and 07 of 2024, respectively.

2) Perusal of Applications would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay.

3) Mr. Kadam, learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.1 and Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for Respondent No.2 have no serious objection for condonation of said delay.

4) In view thereof, delay is condoned and both the Interim Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) of respective Applications.
