The learned counsel for Respondent No. 1 states that

jdk 2 1.wp.1367.16.doc he has no objection to the restricted prayer of the petitioners i.e. to refer the matter to be decided at the earliest by the 3rd Member of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Bench at Mumbai, to be nominated by the Tribunal, being granted. Statement accepted.

In view of the above, the matters to be referred to the 3rd Member of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai Bench at Mumbai which Member is to be nominated by the Tribunal within two weeks from date of receipt of this order. The 3rd Member of the Tribunal to decide the reference, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. Writ petition is disposed of in above terms.
