Heard. This court do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order. The Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal has rightly held that the proceedings filed by the petitioner are not maintainable since the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal has no jurisdiction to entertain the said proceedings.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is an appropriate remedy provided under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code so as to take exception to the order passed by the Assistant Collector, Sub-Division, Pune in RTS Appeal No.66 of 1983 (Smt.Sitabai Dhondiba Ghule vs. Shri Genu Vithu Dangat). 3.

Be that as it may, this court declines to express opinion either about the availability of such remedy or the contentions raised on

kvm 2/2 20-WP1586.16 merits by the petitioner in the present petition criticizing the said order passed by the Assistant Collector, Sub-Division, Pune. 4.
