The learned counsel appearing for the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation on instructions states that complaints dated 19th December, 2015 and 15th October, 2015 will be decided within a period of one month from today. He further states on instructions that till the date on which the decision on the complaints is communicated to the Petitioner, the Municipal Corporation will not carry out any work on the lands bearing Gat Nos.34, 42 and 47 situated at Moshi, Taluka Haveli, District Pune.

wp-410.16.doc We accept the aforesaid statements made on instructions. Hence, nothing survives in the Petition. Needless to add that considering the nature of grievance made by the Petitioner in the representation dated 15th October 2015, Shri Shamrao Laxman Jadhav shall be heard by the appropriate officer of the Municipal Corporation before taking a final decision on the complaints.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly. All contentions on merits are kept open.
