At this stage, in the interest of justice, and considering a favourable communication as placed on record by the Petitioners, we direct concerned Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take a decision on letter dated 18th June 2013 of the Petitioners, written by the Maharashtra Council of Agricultural Education and Research, Pune, as early as possible. The Petitioners are permitted to file an 1/2
