Mr.Mundargi, learned Advocate for Appellant submitted that, after the demise of Appellant (Accused No.1), his wife, namely, Smt. Nirmala M. Dharia) was pursuing present Appeal. However, during the pendency of present Appeal she also passed away on 26th November 2021. He on instructions from children of Appellant further submitted that, they are not interested in pursuing present Appeal further and the same may be disposed off.
