This is an application for leave to amend Appeal in terms of Schedule attached to the application. Having regard to the fact that the Appeal is yet to be admitted and service is to be effected on respondents as also for the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that applicants have made out a case for allowing the Application. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main Appeal shall be carried out within 1 week from today.
