By this application, the Applicant is seeking restoration of above writ petition. Writ petition came to be dismissed as objections raised by the office were not removed by the Petitioners within the stipulated time. the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner - the Applicant herein makes a statement that objections would be removed within four weeks time from today.
