15. wp 348-15 produce the documents specified in the application at Exhibit C-11 within two weeks from today and furnish the copies thereof to the petitioner. The Labour Court shall decide the application at Exhibit C-4 afresh thereafter after granting opportunity of hearing to the parties.

It is clarified that until the application at Exhibit C-11 is decided, Shri Krushna Divekar will not represent Respondent No.1 and that respondent No.1 may be represented by any person fulfilling conditions of Section 36 of the Industrial Disputes Act. (Smt. R.P. SondurBaldota, J.)
